Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
• All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in New Delhi, India.
• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
• Deliveries are made within 3–7 business days across India, depending on the destination and courier service availability.
Delivery Schedule
• Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the order.
• If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you may authorize a trusted person to accept the delivery on your behalf.
• Once the order is delivered and signed for at the address provided, JUNO will not be responsible for any loss or damage thereafter.
Shipping Charges
• Shipping and handling charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
• Charges may vary depending on the product, size, weight, and delivery location.
• Customers are informed of the applicable charges prior to confirming their order.
Damages & Shortages
• If your order is damaged or items are missing upon delivery, notify our customer service on the same day with clear photos and order details.
• We will review your claim and, if verified, arrange for a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Responsibility After Delivery
• Once the products are delivered in good condition and accepted by the recipient, JUNO shall not be held liable for any damage, misuse, or loss.
