Return Eligibility
This item is non-returnable. Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective from our end, and the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a return in such cases, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. Items damaged or altered due to customer handling will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Items not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances include:
• Items sold during Sale / Clearance / Discount events (Final Sale)
• Personal care, hygiene, or fragrance products once opened
• Customized or made-to-order products
Return Process (Only for Damaged/Defective Items Reported Within 48 Hours)
To initiate a return for a damaged or defective item:
1. Email us at support@junonizz.com within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and attach clear photo/video showing the damage or defect.
3. Once approved, place the product in its original packaging and courier it to the address provided by our support team.
Please note: Courier charges for return or exchange will be borne by the buyer.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method. For exchanges, the replacement product will be dispatched within 2 working days after verification.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective, wrong, or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos. We will arrange an exchange or refund as applicable.
Legal Compliance
This policy is governed by Indian law under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. The company reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
